Training and Consulting Services

Teacher training is a foundational tool in helping teachers meet the diverse needs of English Learners. One of my favorite things to do is help teachers help students. I live for those moments when teachers make a connection that builds their empathy, relieves their stress, revives their enthusiasm, or grows their capacity and confidence. I believe training is most effective when it is a partnership that responds to the needs of students and is adaptive to the ongoing work.
